Warning: Shipment orders containing fresh products will only be made on Mondays and Wednesdays (working days) to guarantee delivery within the next 72 working hours.

2. Delivery times of the goods

The "delivery time" (see chart above) consists of the time required by the courier to deliver the goods. The times are approximate, in any case Asiago Store will keep the customer updated by e-mail in case of significant delays. In the event that the purchased goods arrive late, more than 72 hours after the delivery date reported at the time of sale, which in any case is never considered to be final and/or essential, or in case the order is damaged (for reasons other than a packaging that does not conform to the Packaging Standards) and/or lost, the customer must report the event occurred to the Company’s customer service within 24 hours after delivery, so that the latter may enforce  the carrier's liability under and for the purposes of Articles 1683 et seq. Civil Code and in particular Articles 1693 and 1696 of the Italian Civil Code. The report must be made by means of a written communication by e-mail to the following email address with "Shipment Claim" as object. The Company cannot be held liable for damages (direct and/or indirect and/or loss of earnings), losses and/or breakdowns or theft of products that may occur after delivery of the products to the carrier responsible for transporting them, as well as for delivery or collection delays.

3. Order Status

It is possible to check the shipment status from the day after the shipment. After the shipment, Asiago Store will inform the customer via email: by clicking on the link included inside the email the customer may view the shipment status on Once the parcel has been given to the express courier the link above mentioned will be available in the page called My orders”: in this case, in order to check the order status (delivery date, etc), the Customer shall click on "My orders" and type his email address and password. In this way you will be able to view a list of your orders. By clicking on the link of the order, you will see all the details concerning the shipping status.
